Privacy

Chi tratta i dati

Puoi chiederne in ogni momento la cancellazione scrivendo a info@inexus.it.

Consumi tecniciQuante chiamate all'intelligenza artificiale sono state fatte e quanto sono costate. Sono contatori, non contenuti.

Chi altro vede questi dati

  • dal pannello di iBuildex, con il pulsante «Scollega» in «Condividi su Meta», «Condividi su YouTube», «Condividi su TikTok» o «Condividi su Pinterest»;
  • da Facebook, in Impostazioni e privacy → Impostazioni → App e siti web, rimuovendo iBuildex: Meta ce lo comunica e la cancellazione parte da sola;
  • da Google, nella pagina «Sicurezza» del proprio account, tra le app con accesso: vale sia per Search Console sia per YouTube;
  • da TikTok, nell'app: Profilo → ☰ → Impostazioni e privacy → Sicurezza e autorizzazioni → Gestisci le autorizzazioni delle app, rimuovendo iBuildex;

Per ogni altra richiesta scrivi a info@inexus.it.

I tuoi diritti

Scrivi a info@inexus.it e ti rispondiamo.

Privacy Policy

This page covers two different things: the website you are reading, which collects nothing, and the iBuildex dashboard, where there is data and it needs to be explained.

Who processes the data

The data controller is iNexus snc, Via Generale Lippi 24, 71017 Torremaggiore (Foggia), Italy, VAT number 04535870713, REA FG-33580.

For any request about your data, write to info@inexus.it or call +39 329 193 0838.

What this website collects

The pages you are reading are static files: there is no analytics or traffic measurement tool. We do not use cookies, nor browser storage. Fonts are also served from our own domain, so opening a page does not send any request to other companies.

The only data we collect is what you write in the «Request a trial» form: name, email and, if you provide them, your website and the description of your project. We use them only to reply to you and show you iBuildex, on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box. The form does not save them in a database: they reach us as an email to info@inexus.it, sent by our mail service, provided by Google, and they stay in the mailbox for the time needed to handle your request. You can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to info@inexus.it. If you prefer, you can also write to us directly: we will process what you send us to reply to you, and nothing else.

Like every server that serves pages, ours keeps the technical logs of requests for a short time — IP address, time, requested page — which are needed to keep the service running and to protect it from abuse, including automated form submissions.

The dashboard: who owns the data

In the dashboard, the content is brought by the customer: their website, their price lists, their documents, the orders of their shop. For that data iNexus acts as data processor, that is, it works on behalf of the customer and according to their instructions. The customer remains the data controller.

In practice, the dashboard processes:

AccountName, email address and role of the people who log in. They are needed to let the right people into the right projects.
Project materialsThe pages of the existing website, the PDFs, the price lists and the frequently asked questions that are uploaded. They become the knowledge base the artificial intelligence writes from.
Search Console dataWhen the customer connects their Google account, we store the access tokens, encrypted, and use them to read the searches through which their website is found (impressions, clicks, average position), only for the property they choose: this data powers «Organic Visibility» and helps decide which pages to improve. If the customer authorises it with a separate consent («Allow submission»), we use the Search Console management permission for one thing only: submitting to Google the sitemap of the website built with iBuildex, at the frequency they choose, and reading the result. We do not change the property settings, its users or other websites, and we do not use this data for advertising nor transfer it to third parties. iBuildex's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The permission can be revoked at any time from one's Google account.
Facebook Pages and Instagram profilesWhen the customer connects their Facebook account, we receive the name and identifier of the person giving consent, the list of Pages they manage and the linked Instagram professional profiles. We store, encrypted, the access tokens issued by Meta and use them to publish the posts and videos the customer prepares or schedules, and to read the results of their Page and profile: followers, views, people reached, content interactions, and the text of the comments on their posts. This data powers «Social Analytics» and suggests new topics based on what interests their audience. We do not read private messages.
YouTube channelWhen the customer connects their Google account for YouTube, we store the access tokens, encrypted, and use them to upload the videos they choose to their channel and to read the statistics of the channel and its videos (subscribers, views, watch time). The text of public comments on the videos is read with a read-only key. iBuildex's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The permission can be revoked at any time from one's Google account.
TikTok accountWhen the customer connects their TikTok account, we receive the identifier, name and picture of the account, and store, encrypted, the access tokens issued by TikTok. We use them only to: show which account the content is published to; publish the videos the customer chooses, each time with the visibility and settings they decide, or send them as drafts to the TikTok app; read the results of the published videos (views, likes, comments, shares) and the number of followers, for «Social Analytics». We do not read messages or any other account data.
Pinterest accountWhen the customer connects their Pinterest Business account, we receive the username and account type, and store, encrypted, the access tokens issued by Pinterest. We use them only to: read the boards of the account and create new ones, with the names the customer chooses; publish the pins the customer prepares, reviews and schedules (an image or a video, title, description and the link to a page of their website), on the chosen board. We do not read messages, followers or any other account data, and we do not use this data for advertising nor transfer it to third parties.
Shop ordersFor projects with online sales enabled: buyer details, shipping and billing addresses, order contents. Payment takes place with the chosen provider: card numbers never pass through our systems.
Technical usageHow many calls to the artificial intelligence were made and how much they cost. They are counters, not content.

Who else sees this data

To work, iBuildex relies on other providers. Each of them sees only the part it needs, and none of them receives the data to use it for its own purposes.

AnthropicGenerates the texts of pages and articles.
OpenAITurns documents into a searchable knowledge base, generates images and, when ElevenLabs is not active, the voice of the videos.
Qdrant CloudStores that knowledge base as vectors, separated by project.
DataForSEOProvides data on searches and on Google results.
GoogleSearch Console (search data and sitemap submission) and YouTube, when the customer connects them.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)Receives the texts, images and videos to publish on the customer's Page, and returns the results of the Page and posts, when the customer connects it.
TikTokReceives the videos to publish on the customer's account, and returns the results of the videos, when the customer connects it.
PinterestReceives the images, videos and texts of the pins to publish on the customer's boards, when the customer connects it.
ElevenLabsGenerates the voice of the videos from the script text.
StripeCollects the shops' payments, with the customer's keys.
Hetzner and UbicloudHost the servers and the database, in Europe.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union. In those cases the transfer takes place on the basis of the safeguards provided for by European law, typically the standard contractual clauses.

How long

The data of a project is kept for as long as the relationship with the customer lasts. When the project is closed, the content and the related knowledge base are deleted; only the documents we are required to keep by law, such as accounting records, remain.

A document deleted from the dashboard also disappears from the searchable knowledge base: no copy is left somewhere waiting to be forgotten.

Deleting Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and Pinterest data

Each connection can be removed at any time, and the access tokens are deleted from our systems immediately:

  • from the iBuildex dashboard, with the «Disconnect» button in «Share on Meta», «Share on YouTube», «Share on TikTok» or «Share on Pinterest»;
  • from Facebook, in Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, by removing iBuildex: Meta notifies us and the deletion starts automatically;
  • from Google, on the «Security» page of one's account, among the apps with access: this applies to both Search Console and YouTube;
  • from TikTok, in the app: Profile → ☰ → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions, by removing iBuildex;
  • from Pinterest, in the account settings, among the apps with access, by revoking iBuildex.

Content already published stays on the customer's channels, because it belongs to them: it is removed from there like any other post or video. For any other request write to info@inexus.it.

Your rights

You can ask to know what data we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, to receive it in a readable format or to object to its processing. Write to info@inexus.it and we will reply. If you believe something is wrong, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
